'Pronunciation – Say it like this' ist unser Thema im Juli. Der gesprochenen Sprache kommt im modernen, kommunikativen Fremdsprachenunterricht eine große Bedeutung zu, Aussprache- und Intonationsschulung spielen eine wichtige Rolle. Das 'neue Network' bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, Aussprache und Intonation intensiv zu trainieren – und das bereits im ersten Band auf Niveau A 1.1.

The entries in the dictionary at the back of the 'Network' books include the pronunciation of each word in the phonemic script. Help your students to become familiar with this script with some easy and fun games. It will help them use their own dictionaries independently and make them feel more confident when saying a new word.

English is not a logical language when it comes to pronunciation. Just think of the long vowel sound in these words: meat, meet, receive, delete. Four spellings for the same sound.
