Mit Stuart Vizard schließt sich der Reigen unserer 'Network Now A1 Starter'-Autorenporträts. Nach Vanessa Clark, Gaynor Ramsey und Lynda Huebner ist nun – last but not least – Stuart an der Reihe, der Autor der 'Selfstudy sections'.

We all know how important it is for our learners to spend time at home reviewing and consolidating what they have learnt in the classroom and the 'Network Now' series provides lots of opportunity for them to do just that. If you turn towards the back of most quality newspapers in the UK, you'll see the pages of 'hatches, matches and dispatches' (births, marriages and deaths). This is followed by two or three pages of obituaries, reporting the lives of people who have recently died: people who have shaped modern history to a greater or lesser degree. The radio version of these pages is called 'Last Word'.
